Jean Artigue, 63, smiles while recovering a bong from his home, destroyed by the Camp Fire, at the Butte Creek Mobile Home Park in Chico, Calif., on Monday, Nov. 26, 2018. At right is neighbor Felicity Fain, 34, who also lost her home. Artigue has managed and resided at the mobile home park for more than 18 years. All homes in the complex were destroyed. Artigue is sleeping in his car, but returns to the property to collect mail, which is still being delivered daily though no residents remain. Artigue is concerned about getting his 10 year-old daughter back in school - she's been out since the blaze ignited on November 8. Artigue, a veteran, says he's been having trouble getting aid, but the Salvation Army has been helpful. He escaped with "just the clothes on my back. That's all I got." Artigue said he helped evacuate all the community's residents and was the last person to leave as the fire bore down on it. He is still looking out for residents, making sure they receive mail and telephoning to check-in. He is unsure where he will live. ED: Email in Spec Instructions (Photo by Noah Berger)
